Jessica, you can do it in a variety of ways:
I think you can even do it with BlogSpot here, but you have to subscribe to BlogSpot Plus, however much that costs. I think they charge by # of users. The other (cheaper but a bit harder alternative) is to sign up for your own webhosting and just download a blogger program. There are many to choose from, but the two that I looked at in the end were www.movabletype.org and www.pivotlog.net
the programs are free - so you just have to get hosting that meets the minimum requirements of the program (geocities and tripod wont work) and thats it! once you get that, i can help you set up the photoblog in more detail.
btw, hosting will run you from $5-$10 dollars a month for a good host (i think)
i know what you mean about that rob thomas pic *wink wink* actually, i didnt take it: it was taken by someone with a disposable camera and posted on the matchbox 20 discussion forum. i was looking for someone who used a digital camera, but i didnt see any at that time...i havent checked back in a while so they might have some now though!
