Okay...Chili's is not in the mall nor is it near the mall parking lot...but you have to go thru the mall in order to get there. My cell phone's low on batteries so I'm afraid you won't be able to reach me later. So here's the directions...as specific as I can possibly be. I'm gonna use landmarks cuz I don't know street names.

You exit off of the 60 freeway and go straight into the mall driveway. You'll hit a small intersection but you have no stopsign. Go down towards the left...away from Sears and Krispy Kremes. As you are driving...on your left...you will see Outback Steakhouse. Continue down that street. You'll hit many speedbumps and stop signs...but keep going straight. You'll see an Ethan Allen on your right side further down the road. Continue going straight on that road...even after you pass Ethan Allen. Then you'll hit this stoplight called Castleton (I think). Make a left on that street and you should see stuff like Black Angus and all those chain restaurants you see on Monrovia.
